Why not choose your own food. Our set menu is based on what you, our very important person, want. You have a choice from the whole menu and pick from our wide range what you would like for your function. Of course then, we can tailor a price that meets your budget and suit your needs. Whether it’s 2 or 3 courses the choice is absolutely yours to make!Entree

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment of deposit will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Fly Bar accommodates up to 80 guests. There is no hiring fee for the room, however a guaranteed minimum spend of $1000 is required with a deposit of $200 to secure your reservation. The $1000 spent can be used for both food and beverage consumption. You have the option of having a bar tab or guests paying for their drinks individually.
The Fly Bar is available 6 days, nights except Saturday evenings.
Bookings must be confirmed 72 hours prior. On the day you will be charged for the confirmed numbers if there are any changes.
Deposits must be paid 5 days prior to secure your reservation (30 days during November and December months). Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the function.
Balance of payment to be made at the conclusion of the function. Payments can be made by cash or credit card.
Special dietary requirements (including vegan and vegetarians) can be accommodated providing notice is given a minimum 72 hours prior to function. Management reserves the rights to charge extra for any dietary items that are not commonly held stock.
Changes may occur given seasonal changes or extra inclusions.
Guests may bring a cake for an occasion; however 50c cakeage per person does apply.
We do not split bills.
